The Acquisition led to expansion of horizontal footprint for the Acquirer and provided an ability to seek “upstream” business from the existing clients. .

  5. Assisted Global leader in the Electrical Transmission Construction industry on the Buy Side Acquisition Advisory and negotiated acquisitions.  
  6. Advised leading provider of identity and access management (IAM) solutions that enable enterprises to automate access to corporate assets, strengthen security, and track compliance at the end-points on the sell side on their Acquisition by Publicly Listed blue chip organization.
  7. Sell Side Advisor to a mid sized global provider of Business Service Management solutions on their acquisition by a premier IT services provider based out of India. The Acquisition was part of the strategy to augment the growth in its Technology Infrastructure Services business.
